Enjoy the growth of spring. New trees are budding; new flowers are blooming; young creatures are being born. Feel this rebirth and rejoice in the plentiful, vibrant place you call home. Enjoy the flowers. Think good thoughts for the honey bees. Spend time in the shade of a tree. Plant something new in your yard or home. Eat the freshest vegetables you can. All the while, know that this plentiful bounty is a collective creation and provided for your personal joy and sustenance.

April is a time of renewal, rebirth, and rejuvenation. Take time to care for yourself. Meditate. Spend time in nature. Enjoy the return of the warming weather. Enjoy the colors of the new arriving flowers and the rebirth of trees. Take time to be one with nature. Take time to think of new desires. As nature comes out of its hibernation be inspired to dream new dreams. See all the color in your life, add more, and embrace the future you are creating for yourself.

Breathe deeply. Again we remind you to breathe deeply. Breathe in a conscious way. Appreciate each breath you take for it gives you life. It cycles the energy in and around you. Breathe deeply and feel that breath reach deep inside you and give you life. Exhale and know that you are releasing all the toxins from your person. Never be concerned that there won’t be enough clean air to breathe. Embrace the plants and trees for they aid and assist you with all their being to have all the air you will ever require.

Your life is like a spring flower. Just as the flowers cycle, so do you. While a flower bulb is not dead, to some it may appear so. The same is true of you. You emerge into life, you spend your time bringing light and joy and color to the world. As your cycle passes, you reemerge into your nonphysical state. It is not that you are “dead” during those times, but instead recharging, taking advantage of all the new knowledge and energy that those like you have added to All That Is. And, when you are ready, when you choose, you once again bloom forth into a physical life. And, so the cycle goes, over and over again.

There is only one true voice. You own inner voice, that of your inner being, not your inner programming, that you should listen to. It’s wonderful to have friends, family, teachers, and leaders in your life. Yet, their voices are irrelevant when it comes to your own personal journey. The only voice that matters for that journey, for your journey, is your own voice.
The problem many in physical face is that there’s so much “noise” in your head that you have learned to turn off your inner voice. It is blocked with random thoughts and your indulgence in stimulation from music and television and the internet. Don’t get us wrong, we think all forms of communication, especially digital communication, can be a wonderful addition to your life. But, it is essential for your journey to silence all sound and activity on a daily basis.
The best way to quiet the noise in your mind is to meditate. It is also good to be in nature and spend time listening to the sounds of nature, instead of the noise in your head. Movement and exercise are, or can be, positive, too, if you quiet your mind and focus on the movement and repetition of movement in your body.
Quieting your mind, creating a personal focus of your thoughts and energy will help you quiet the noise in your head and raise your vibration. Once that is accomplished, you will be better able to listen to your true inner voice.
