Judgement of others lowers your vibration. It is a waste of time and energy to judge others, for each of you is on their own very personal, and very selfish journey. One can never know the mind, creation, or desire of another. Just as no one can ever truly know your own. So, learn to allow others to be on their journey and encourage them to be so. And, in the process, allow yourself to be on your own personal and selfish journey without thought or care for the thoughts or judgements of others about you.

Fill your heart with light and love. Each moment of your day, allow the energy of the universe and beyond to pass into and through you. This energy, part of All That Is, comes from Source. And, as it flows, it brings light and love to each of you. There is no shortage of this positive, healing energy from Source. So, feel it. Know it is always coming to you. Allow yourself to align with this life giving energy.

Raise your vibration. There are some simple ways to raise your vibration, in the process, you’ll feel more tuned in and literally lighter on your feet. With a heightened vibration, you will also be in a better position to receive intuitive guidance. To raise your vibration, spend some time breathing deeply. Often, your breathing falls shallow. So, breathe deep. Spend some time in quiet mind meditation. As you quiet your mind, you’ll be better positioned to tune in. Walk in nature. Sunlight and fresh air will do wonders for you. Laugh. Whether it is with loved ones or alone, laughter will do the job of raising your vibration. Sing, dance,and move with joy. These types of actions will certainly raise your vibration. Try any of these or all of these today and feel yourself lightening. Feel the better mood. Feel the love and guidance from those like us in nonphysical.

Look for silver linings. Each experience you have and each emotion you feel are your own creation. As you are manifesting, you are aligning with your current vibration and something that you have asked for. It may be something you consciously asked for or something you unconsciously asked for. Look at this moment and find the positive in it. Look at this moment and know that through the experience you are now having, you are asking for something else, either more of the same, or something different based on your current emotion. That, in itself, is a silver lining for this moment. You hold all the power. You hold all the control in your life. What will you ask for next?
